SHIPPING and DELIVERY

​​Shipping

​While AcroEra offers worldwide shipping, our prices on AcroEra website exclude any tax, duty, fee, levy or any other additional charges that may be applicable in your country. In case of a customs broker or an agent is required to clear a package from customs at the country of destination, such arrangement and fees will be at the sole responsibility and expense of the customer.

​AcroEra will ship orders of ready-to-dispatch items within 2 to 4 business days after the orders are placed - that is from the date of AcroEra receives the funds. Orders of placed on Saturday or Sunday will be only processed for shipping on the following Monday. 

​As the ordered items have been processed, the order or any other information provided cannot be changed.

​AcroEra insures shipments from damages at no extra costs for customers. As parcels reach their destinations, merchandises are no longer covered by any insurance.

Orders placed separately will not be combined and shall be dispatched individually - unless communicated and agreed on.

Order processing delays could occur in holidays or seasonal promotions.

​Delivery

​Standard shipping is our most economical delivery option. We offer optional express shipping at checkout also. 

Parcels for orders of ready-to-dispatch items would reach the country of destination within 1 to 8 working days from order confirmation date.

​Delivery to Italian addresses, usually takes 1-5 working days.

  •   Delivery within the European Union, usually takes 2-7 working days.
  •   Delivery of shipments addressed to other countries of the world, usually takes 4-8 working days.

    ​Deliveries to remote geographic regions or countries may take longer. AcroEra cannot be accountable for delays of the shipments due to force majeure.

    Delivery of merchandise shall be to your nominated delivery address at the time of check out. Noting, items paid via PayPal, shall be only shipped to the Paypal registered address.

    All orders are shipped as registered parcels with tracking numbers. Upon delivery, the recipient's signature is requited.

    ​Unattended Delivery

    ​Sorry, we do not offer to have your order left unattended. In case the package cannot be delivered to the given address because of a customer's mistake (incomplete or wrong shipping address, incomplete or wrong phone number, absent receiver), or in case of refusing to collect the package, then the package will be sent back to the sender us at customer's expense, that to include both shipping costs and any additional duty and tax fees. The amount will be taken from the total amount of the placed order to be refunded.
