Returns & Exchanges

"Return"  

AcroEra refers to: when previously purchased item(s) or any other item in stock is not desired by the buyer for swap. Buyer requests for a refund. 

Returns are strictly accepted on or before 14 days from the date of the parcel’s arrival. 

Shipping costs for return items shall be paid by the buyer, i.e. buyer will need to pay the postage cost to send it back to us. 

Returns might be requested, at AcroEra discretion, to be shipped back to AcroEra Italy or to other fulfillment centres - either in The United States of America or Australia. 

In the event of Return to AcroEra Italy; parcel shall be marked Return” and accompanied by these documents: 

  • 3 copies of email order confirmation 
  • 3 copies of purchase Invoice 
  • 3 copies of Credit Note 

Returned items will be refunded within 14 working days from the date of arrival of the parcel. Refunds are made in same currency of payment. AcroEra suggests that buyers use registered mail for all returns, as AcroEra cannot be responsible for items should they be lost in transit. 

Where orders made by credit card, refund amount will show up in the card statement within 20 working days. Processing time vary depending on the issuing bank of the credit card. 

Where orders made via PayPal, refunds will be made to same PayPal account. 

Where orders made by bank transfer, refunds will be made to the same bank account and beneficiary - after receiving the banking details. 

Customers can return their order, either entirely or partially. 

Return items must be returned in the same original condition. i.e. not worn or washed, with the original box, tags/security seal still attached and neatly packed.  

Returns are NOT available on underwear, socks or hosiery unless faulty for hygiene reasons. 

 

"Exchange"  

AcroEra refers to: when the buyer desires to change the item(s) previously bought with some other item(s) in stock i.e. swap, or buyer requests for a store credit. Buyer needs no refund. 

Exchange is based upon our stock availability. 

Customers can exchange their order, either entirely or partially. 

Items shipped back to AcroEra for the purpose of exchange, will be processed within 3 working days from the date of arrival of the parcel. AcroEra suggests that buyers use registered delivery for all returns, as AcroEra cannot be responsible for items should they be lost in transit. 

Exchange items must be returned in the same original condition. i.e. not worn or washed, with the original return tag/security seal still attached and neatly packed. 

Exchanges are NOT available on underwear, socks or hosiery unless faulty for hygiene reasons 

For accepted exchanges, inbound shipping costs shall be paid by the buyer i.e. buyer will need to pay the postage cost to send it back to us. Whereas, AcroEra will offer free shipping for the new ordered item.
