As you have already added your items to the Cart and you are logged in to your AcroEra account. Then, you can pay using your debit or credit card using the "Check out with PayPal" button, following below steps:
- Hit "Check out with PayPal" Button
- Select "Pay with a Card"
- Select the Country.
- Fill in your Card Details and Phone Number.
- Enter your Billing Address
- Enter your Email Address, Create a Password and Enter your Date of Birth. (Nationality also could be required depending on the country selected).
- Tick the box "I consent to receiving these policies online"
- Hit "Agree and Continue" Button - ALL DONE.
Yes, you need to pay for the return shipping costs - unless the item was shipped defective from our fulfilment centre or shipped in error. We offer FREE shipping on exchanged item. For further information, check out our return and exchange policy under Returns.
As you purchase on AcroEra, www.acroera.it, you may return or excahnge, within 14 days from the date of delivery of an item; provided that the goods meet the Returns/Exchange conditions.
Sure! Up until the moment your order has not been dispatched. You need to contact AcroEra straight away and we will do our best to stop your order getting out. If your order has been dispatched already and you need to return it, check out our returns policy under Returns.
When you purchase on AcroEra, you’ll receive an email with a Tracking Number. You can either click on the tracking number or track your order directly on the courrier website.
Couriers will always attempt to deliver your order to your nominated delivery address and the addressee in person. Risk and title in the goods passes to the recipient upon delivery of the goods to your nominated delivery address, should you request the courier to leave your order unattended.
Yes, will always attempt to gain a signature when a delivery is made to you.
- Make sure the item is purchased no longer than 14 working days and in accordance with our Return policy.
- Fill out "Return / Exchange Request Form".
- We contact you back.
- Ship the item back to ACROERA (address: Via Nizza, 9, Turin, Italy).
As we receive back the item, we then process the refund within 14 working days - provided we receive the item in the same condition it left our fulfilment centre.
You can return or exchange an item within 14 days after you receive the item.
AcroEra attempts to deliver orders, as per below estimate:
Delivery to Italian addresses, usually takes 1-5 working days.
Delivery within the European Union, usually takes 2-7 working days.
Delivery of shipments addressed to other countries of the world, usually takes 4-8 working days.
Feels bad when the item you are after has been sold out, just contact us and we will be glad to try and help locate one, let you know when possibly it is available or even find you another similar item.
Noting, some items do sell out really fast, so if you have seen something you absolutely must have - be sure to snap it up right away!
We use more than one courier. DHL provide our standard. We may ship with other couriers like Fedex or UPS too.

On rare occasions an item at A fulfilment centre may be damaged or missing and we will only find out when we go to pick your order. Although this does not happen often, we will contact you to arrange a refund or replacement item in these instances.
